Unfortunately, since we will not have the opportunity to meet you in person, you will not be able to receive the full extent of our passion for customer service. we will do everything possible to make sure that your order is filled in a timely basis and that your shipment will arrive exactly when and how you expected.

we will address all important contingencies, including confirming that your item will be received in time for your wear date and that you have ordered the correct size based on the designer’s measurements.

we stand behind this policy by extending a full return and credit policy if we ship you the wrong style, color, or size.

we will issue a full credit if, due to unforeseen circumstances, your item cannot be shipped in time for your wear date and that we will inform you of this extremely rare occurrence in a timely manner.
Please note, the prices in our store are not necessarily equal to the price on our website. We accept orders online to give our customers the convenience of purchasing their dress or gown directly from our website without the time and expense that we incur when you experience our outstanding customer service in our physical retail location.
In-Store Stock:
Items purchased that ship from our store inventory are returnable for a refund less a 10% restocking fee*. To qualify for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your dress. We will process the refund after receiving the returned item. Return shipping is at the customers expense.
If we miship the wrong style, color, or size or if the product arrives damaged in transit; a full refund will be issued and the return shipment will be incurred at our own expense.
* With the exception that sale items are non-returnable.
Designer Stock:
In addition to the gowns available from our physical store, we offer a larger selection of gowns currently stocked by our designers. These gowns may ship from us or directly from their warehouse. Generally, these gowns are non-returnable. However, we encourage you to reach out to us as sometimes exceptions are made at the designer's discretion.
If we miship the wrong style, color, or size or if the product arrives damaged in transit; a full refund will be issued and the return shipment will be incurred at our own expense.
SALE:
All SALE items are to be sold "as is". While this is unlikely, SALE gowns may have loose beads, hooks, and eyes, or need minor repair. SALE gowns are sourced from our own physical inventory and we encourage you to call us if you have any questions about a particular gown before placing an order.
