Family owned and operated by the name on the marquee, you can have trust and confidence in the Wolsfelt's brand. We want you to have the best experience because we're depending on your children and grandchildren as our future customers.
Do I need an appointment?
No, but it is encouraged.
Walk-ins are always welcome. During the Prom and Homecoming season, we encourage appointment bookings to save you from waiting for an available dressing room and stylist. Weekends are the busiest and it is common to see 15-45 minute wait times for walk-ins. More Info
Will you help me with my selection?
Yes, one of our professional stylists will assist you during the entire process.
Every customer is assigned a stylist that will walk you through every step of the way.
Is there a limit to how many dresses I can try on?
We do limit the amount of dresses you can bring to a dressing room at a time. However, you can try on as many dresses as you choose during your visit. In order to accomadate all customers, you are limited to a 45 minute appointment with your stylist. More Info
Can I get a refund?
Our garments are made from delicate fabric and require great care and attention. All sales are final.

What is the "W" Collection?
Wolsfelt's is fortunate to have relationships with designers around the world. We work with may of our designers to develop exquiste private label dresses for both prom and bridal. More Info
What if my dress needs alterations?
We can accommodate you. Our professional in-house seamstresses can alter your dress for an additional fee. You will be required to book an alteration fitting.
Alterations may take 4 to 8 weeks to complete.
What other items should I have on hand for the big day?
Be ready for the unexpected. Have the following items on hand when getting ready:
- Needle and thread in the same color of your dress
- Scissors, safety pins, tape and static guard
Accidents can happen. You will be prepared if a hook or snap pulls apart.
