Mistakes due to measurements taken somewhere other than Wolsfelt's Prom Changes in sizing due to weight loss or weight gain, etc. Sizing that is incorrect due to a customer's specific request for a particular size. We are not responsible for measurements not taken in our store. We will do everything possible to make any necessary corrections, however, special freight charges my apply. All money is non-refundable.
